We do not accept any cancellations once the order is shipped already.

The products we sell are all personal private items, we do not accept any return or replacement if the products have no quality problems when products have been unpackaged or unsealed.

The product can be returned only in the state of original packaging and seal. Customer can contact us by email and provide the order number and the video showing the proof of the package. The customer service staff will reply with the address information customer can ship to once the return request is approved, and customer should be responsible for round shipping cost and tax if it occurs, also should provide us with the tracking number. We will process the refund after receiving the package and confirming it is eligible. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 1-2 days after we received the items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Default products: Please email us and provide order number as well as proof photos within 24 hours of receiving the products. The customer service staff will contact you for follow-up verification and deal with the case accordingly. 

For the returned package with the reason of "rejected or the recipient not contacted", we are not able to issue the refund, so please make sure your shipping info. you put with order is correct.

Shipping Policy

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received the shipping progress on your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at upko@upko.me with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

FedEx and UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes or Military Bases.
