What's Covered
All UPKO products are backed by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use. This includes:
- Functional defects that impair the product's intended use
- Material or finishing defects present at the time of delivery
- Faulty electrical components in motorized or rechargeable products
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or discoloration from use
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, improper care, or unauthorized modification
- Damage from incompatible accessories, chargers, or batteries
- Lost or stolen items
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or secondhand
Intimate Products
For hygiene-sensitive items, we are unable to accept returns of used products, but manufacturing defects remain fully covered. If your item arrives defective, or fails within the warranty period due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it.
How to Make a Claim
- Contact us at support@upkoofficialshop.com with your order number.
- Include a brief description of the issue, plus photos or a short video.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days and advise on repair, replacement, or refund.
Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
Limitations
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, and is the exclusive remedy for defective products. To the extent permitted by law, UPKO is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.Â
