The product can be returned only in the state of original packaging and seal. Customer can contact us by email and provide the order number and the video showing the proof of the package. The customer service staff will reply with the address information customer can ship to once the return request is approved, and customer should be responsible for round shipping cost and tax if it occurs, also should provide us with the tracking number.
