Cancellations

Orders can be canceled via written request and within 12 hours of placing your order. 

Returns and Refund Policy

Strict product quality control and a pleasant shopping experience for consumers,  have always been UPKO is committed to.

We do not accept any cancellations once the order is shipped already.

The products we sell are all personal private items, we do not accept any return or replacement if the products have no quality problems when products have been unpackaged or unsealed. 

The product can be returned only in the state of original packaging and seal. Customer can contact us by email and provide the order number and the video showing the proof of the package. The customer service staff will reply with the address information customer can ship to once the return request is approved, and customer should be responsible for shipping cost, also should provide us with the tracking number. We will process the refund after receiving the package and confirming it is eligible.

Default products: Please email us and provide order number as well as proof photos within 24 hours of receiving the products. The customer service staff will contact you for follow-up verification and deal with the case accordingly.
